We will work with you on an individual basis to make sure you have plenty of time to set up for your event.
A typical wedding rental is 45 hours starting from 8am on the day before the wedding and the reception can last until midnight on the wedding day. Finally, all decorations must be removed and cleaned out by 5am the day after the wedding.
For example, a weekend wedding rental would start at 8am Friday morning. The reception should be finished by midnight on Saturday evening and all decoration items should be removed by 5am Sunday morning.
This includes use of the entire building for rehearsal, wedding, and reception if you choose. If more time is required, special arrangements can be made to accommodate.

We provide tables and chairs for a setup/teardown fee.

No, we do not have a wedding officiant on staff, but we do have a preferred list of wedding officiants on our website that you can use as a starting point.
Depending on how much setup or teardown is needed for you event, the costs may vary a little bit. The typical setup/teardown fee runs between $200 to $300 according to the event needs.

You can bring in an outside caterer. We provide a catering kitchen for them to use for their setup and serving.

We typically charge a flat fees for all events.
However we realize there may be a special case where an hourly fee would be more suitable for an event. If you believe this is the case, please ask and we will try and accommodate your special situation.
We offer setup of tables and chairs to suit your needs both upstairs and downstairs.
We can provide more specific decorations that you need if you are interested in hiring us as your wedding decorators. We have access to many decorations and accessories and would love to help you however we can!
Not unless there is already a pre-agreement regarding this (e.g. a wedding rental has until 5am the morning after to have all decoration items picked up)
